Jeff Suderman

As a business doctor, Dr. Jeff Suderman uses the ingredients of organizational development – strategy, structure, process, people and rewards – to help businesses create their secret sauce. Serving as a consultant, and professor, he partners with clients to improve culture, leadership, teamwork, organizational alignment, strategy and organizational future-readiness. Serving both the profit and nonprofit sectors, Jeff primarily partners with small and medium businesses. He provides extensive organizational/executive coaching to to executive managers and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve higher levels of effectiveness.

Jay Hidalgo

Jay Hidalgo has a mind for business, and a heart for seeing people succeed. For more than 20 years, he has helped executives at businesses, nonprofit organizations, and ministries grow their organizations, improve operational efficiency and reach their markets. The approach is fairly straightforward: Help the company or individual become aware of their current state; identify where they are able to go; then create and implement the right strategic process and framework to get there. Throughout his career, he’s had the privilege to coach and consult companies such as Herman Miller, Michelin, Eloqua now part of Oracle, Ariba, General Motors, Medtronic, NCR, Harte-Hanks, Toshiba, Rubbermaid, Act-On Software, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Haworth, and Pitney Bowes. Although the details change from engagement to engagement, the objective is always the same, help organizations and leaders accomplish the goals and dreams they aspire to which they aspire.

Jason Hodges

Jason has been in full-time ministry since 2001. He has had various roles including leading student ministries, staff leadership development roles, as well as his current role as an Executive Pastor. In addition to these roles, Jason has been in consultant work through StratOp and Leadership Coaching the last six years. His time and experience has been invested in coaching CEO’s, staff directors, teams, team leaders, city government officials, in both non-profit & business sectors. He has a passion for team & organizational development. As a connector and relationship builder, he loves to come alongside men & women in order to help both them and their organizations thrive! Jason lives in a suburb of Boston with his wife Rachel and their two boys, Josiah and Levi.

Mark Warren

Mark specializes in non-profit board development through policy governance, equipping boards to establish policies focused on vision achievement and empowering the staff to lead day-to-day operations. He has facilitated strategic planning and executive coaching for 15+ years for organizations from 2-100 employees. He also helps individuals and couples discover and achieve their unique Life Plan. Mark lives in Normal, Illinois, has been married for 30+ years, and has four children ages 17-25.

Steve Griffith

Steve’s background is in executive coaching for family businesses, nonprofits, churches, and large corporations. For more than a decade, he worked with Walmart, building talent development initiatives that have been adopted by more than 5,000 stores. Steve brings one-on-one consultancy and coaching experience through his time with Fellowship Bible, working with more than 50 clients among emerging and mature leaders and business owners.
